About six months ago, I learned a strange new word; bio-mimicry; The use of systems and processes to imitate nature or copy natural phenomenon. Upon learning this word I also learned that there were hundreds of products across the world that use bio-mimicry. There are businesses dedicated to developing products that use the innovation and creativity found in nature.
Imitating this natural beauty allows us to preserve our natural resources while still capturing that same beauty and purity that nature brings. Pure & Natural Illusions has been using the concept found in bio-mimicry to distribute and design gorgeous lighting that provides the captivating essence of our environment and creates beautiful lighting. Pure Illusion is a new brand and also the new name of the specialty lighting rental company Aquallusion Event Designs & Rentals. AEDR originally started out as a distributor of the fascinating Aquallusion light columns, a patented lighting system that creates a live water effect, without using any water at all.
Inspired by the interesting approach to lighting design Pure & Natural Illusions was born, while we still distribute the Aquallusion lighting, we have also developed new innovative, lighting designs that can be used anywhere. Amongst our creations, we have the new Fuegollusion, the amazing visual of fire incorporated into light, our beautiful custom made, waterless falls, and we also carry the classy Ice Illusion, and are currently in the process of making an Air Aquarium.
So far at all of the events and venues that our products have been showcased, we've captured audiences with this incredible and alluring lighting style. We have even welcomed ideas for lighting from customers, and are currently hard at work generating more inspiration from the beautiful world around us.
